Target Participants

2 Days (16 Hours)

Day 1 & 2: 9AM to 6PM

16 hours Synchronous (F2F or virtual) training

+ 1 hour assessment

+ 2 hours asynchronous e-learning on LearnGlobal

  • Creative Idea Generation techniques (Brainstorming, SCAMPER, Flowchart, Mind Maps, 6 Thinking Hats)
    Systems Thinking approaches using Casual loop, Balancing loop and Reinforcing loop 
  • Prioritizing Problems and Focusing on Specific Problems
  • Learn how to envision, explain, clarify, and evaluate and PRESENT solutions to different case study scenarios involving information, organization and interaction. These skills include user research methods, visual and interaction design skills, for evaluating models, and skills for communicating solutions.
